What about setting up an IRC Channel, where We can talk with each others in real time.

It's not a bad idea, but we already have the shoutbox. We could probably make it available to members who don't spam in the shoutbox.

I think the shoutbox works fine, though I suppose an IRC Channel would be cool too.

i think a irc channel would a great idea would be nice allthough would cost to have a server for ourself's unless one of us sets one up on our own pc and leaves it running all night :rolleyes:

or we could just use a public server and create our own channel on there but then annoying people or people who want to spam might get on >.<

Public networks sucha as FreeNode, IRCNode, Bluehell.org, IndoIRC, etc, are really nice.

Acutall If You don't like someone You can just give him ban, it isn't a problem, besides i don't have server [shutdown half a year ago by police xD] now days, [it was my idea so i should take care of everyting if DT admins would says - "ok, set up channel, its good idea"].... Also i think that as for the start ... it's just 4 fun, so we shouldn pay for it

You're English isn't bad, no worries

I believe that an IRC channel would be a great addition to the forum if our number of active members increases. I used to operate another site (Sacred-Hacks), but the IRC channel just went to waste once the shoutbox was implemented.

I think that we would have to decide between an IRC channel and a Shoutbox, as they are both efficient for the same purposes (granted, and IRC room would be much more convenient for me when I am traveling).

I'll be sure to discuss this with Andrew. I like the idea, I just wouldn't want a dead channel.
