Cris Icon : (17 June 2010 - 10:28 AM) Effective FUD crypters are generally scene releases. For the "newest" release, you'll want to check around forums/blogs with active programming content.

  1. Fundraising ideas?

    Posted 7 Oct 2009

Sorry about my inactivity, I joined a certain organization that hopefully I'll be able to tell you guys about soon (I can't as of right now). Basically, I need some fundraising ideas by next week, any suggestions? Keep in mind that the general population is 18-22 year old college students, and I'm not selling candy bars.

    Thanks guys :)

Just one of Newegg's deals that I saw in the newsletter, thought I'd pass it along.

  3. Desk Drive

    Posted 22 Sep 2009

Desk Drive™ (free) solves a really annoying problem. You pop a USB thumb drive or DVD into your computer and then you have to open Window's Explorer and find the mapped drive or folder. Desk Drive adds a desktop icon pointing to the drive automatically. Remove the media and the shortcut goes away. Brilliantly simple and effective.

Remove Windows 7 or Vista from a dual-boot configuration with the Bootsect command [video]

Posted by Larry Dignan @ 2:20 am

Dual-booting Windows is a handy way to test betas and service packs before committing to a new OS. But once you’ve made your decision to stick with the new OS or give it the boot, you’ll likely want to get rid of those extra partitions and revert to a single O-S. If you don’t want reformat the hard drive and completely re-install your chosen operating system, there is an alternative. In this IT Dojo video, Bill Detwiler shows you how to use the Windows Bootsect command to extract Vista or Windows 7 from a dual-boot configuration with Windows XP.

  5. World's fastest, largest hard drive

    Posted 22 Sep 2009

"Seagate ships the world's fastest largest hard drive
SEAGATE HAS JUST started shipping the Barracuda XT, the first 3.5-inch 7200RPM two Terabyte desktop hard disk drive that has a 6Gbps SATA interface for all your faster than SATA-II needs.

The Barracuda XT is backward compatible with the SATA 3Gbps and SATA 1.5Gbps standards, to accommodate those who need more disk space but might not want to fully upgrade their systems yet"....the Inquirer
